Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Jewelry (necklaces) must not show any signs of wear or damage.
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors only.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Products that have been used, worn outdoors, or damaged after delivery
  • Customized or personalized items (if applicable)

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrong size/color received.
  • For exchange requests, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
